Dr. Sugandha Marwaha
Clinical Director
Dr. Sugandha Marwaha received her Bachelor’s degree (BDS) from the prestigious HSJ Institute of Dental Sciences & Hospital at Punjab University, Chandigarh, in 2013. She found her passion and pursued her Master’s degree in Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry from the ITS Dental College, Hospital, and Research Centre in Greater Noida. She received the “Best Outgoing Student of the Year” award (2014) as a recognition for her excellence in the field of pedodontics.
Dr. Sugandha specializes in child behavior management and modification. She is very methodical in her approach and tries to convert each child’s visit into a positive dental experience. She feels working with children is very rewarding, and dental treatments at AIMIL Junior Smiles often culminate in a lifetime of friendship.
Dr. Sugandha strives to tailor each child’s treatment according to their unique dental needs and provides the highest level of communication with both the patient and parent. Her goal is to spread awareness among parents and children about the importance of pediatric dentistry and ensure that each child has access to quality dental care.

Pediatric & Preventive Dentist

She received her Bachelor degree in 2016 from College of Dental Sciences -Bapuji Educational Association – RGUHS. She has specialized in the field of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry from Coorg Institute of Dental Sciences-RGUHS (2017).
She has completed her academic attachment in Pediatric dentistry from University Teknologi, MARA , Malaysia and is practicing dentistry for children and for those with special health care needs in a professional and friendly manner since then.
She is a passionate dentist who has helped a lot of kids improve their oral health and achieve a beautiful smile with her patient and kids friendly approach. Dr. Henna is much appreciated by our patient’s parents for her gentle handling of children.
Dr Vipul Baweja
Consultant Pediatrician
Dr Vipul Baweja started his medical career in 1993 from University College of Medical Sciences & associated Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, Delhi from where he Graduated in MBBS. During his early years, while working with kids in pediatric wards or in rural health centres of Loni, UP, he developed interest in Child care and he took up Pediatrics as his career in the year 2000 and trained from Kalawati Saran Children Hospital & Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi.
Subsequently , he has served at Hindu Rao Hospital-Delhi, Kalawati Saran Children Hospital &Lady Hardinge Medical College and at Escorts Heart Institute & Research Centre-Delhi(Pediatric Cardiology).
He joined BLK Super Speciality Hospital in 2009 and has been actively involved in general outpatient services, inpatient services, emergencies, etc. He is currently a Consultant in Centre for Child Health and is part of a proud team of Pediatricians.
His aim is to provide a holistic general Pediatric care in today’s era of Super Speciality care, where the vision is getting more and more tubular or focussed and the basic care and preventive health aspects of a child are being forgotten.
Dr. Shacchee Baweja
International Board Certified Lactation Consultant
Experience: 10+ Years
Dr. Shacchee is a pediatrician who has switched over totally to lactation consulting. Her journey as a pediatrician started in 2001, and it brought her into close contact with mother-baby dyads, where she discovered her passion for the cause of breastfeeding. She is an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) and BPNI (Breastfeeding Promotion Network of India)-certified IYCF (Infant and Young Child Feeding) Specialist.
Currently, she is associated with BLK Superspecialty Hospital, where she works with all mother-baby dyads and their families and offers them skilled lactation support in achieving their breastfeeding goals.
Mansi
Dental Assistant cum Patient Care Coordinator
Experience: 3+ Years
With more than 3 years of experience in the medical & dental sector, Mansi is a combination of diligence and efficiency. She will generally be the first person you see or talk to when you walk into the clinic or call us.
Mansi completed her Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree from Delhi University. She is a very talkative girl by nature so she enjoys answering each and every big or small query that you might have regarding your child’s dental visits. She aims for a minimum waiting period while scheduling your child’s appointments as she understands the hectic city life and your busy routines.
She is very focussed about her work and will take care of your child’s registration process, fixing appointments, assisting on dental & medical procedures, billings and any insurance related queries.
She feels children are God’s gifts and she loves being with them!
Payal
Dental Assistant
Payal is a qualified and trained dental assistant and has experience in both general and pediatric dentistry. Her friendly nature attracts children instantly. From welcoming them to the centre with her cheerful smile to making them comfortable on the dental chair,
Payal knows what works best for children. She is very strict when it comes to following the sterilization protocol, as she feels that children should receive the best quality care. Her positive attitude and bubbly personality also reflect in her work as her goal is to make your child’s dental appointment fun and happy!
